My passion is to picture people in the best light and tell stories through photography and writing. My grandfather and career photographer, Stan Singer, inspired this philosophy; his slogan was, “I can picture you in my business.”
Like my grandfather before me, I love to take photos of people. Especially candid shots. Check out my two photo galleries. I specialize in offbeat portraiture and mouth-watering food photography. My goal is to create warm, personal photos of people as they are — naturally beautiful — and tease the tastebuds with delectable food shots.
You’ll notice that a few handsome pups grace the site, too, including my own French bulldog, Tchotchke. Like Tchotchke, I spend a lot of time photographing people to show them how magnificent they truly are. (Of course, I won’t lick you to make you feel special; I’ll just take your picture.) Tchotchke’s love for the good in people helps me see the inherent beauty in every person I photograph, and that’s what I hope to share with each of my portrait clients.
